Shipping & returns

What if it doesn’t work for me?

If your item is not what you expected, you may submit a return request within 30 days of delivery.

• All return requests are subject to approval by Solane Collective
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be included
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

How long does shipping take?

Our delivery timeline is as follows.

  • Processing time. 2 to 3 business days
  • Transit time. 4 to 9 business days
  • Total delivery time. 6 to 12 business days
  • Cutoff time. 6.00 PM AEST

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?

  • Free standard shipping on all orders
  • We currently ship within Australia only
