RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Solane Collective. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We offer a 30 day return period from the date your order is delivered.
All return requests must be submitted and approved by Solane Collective before any item is returned.
Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Be free from stains, odours, makeup marks, pet hair, damage, or any signs of wear
• Include proof of purchase
Solane Collective reserves the right to reject any return request at its sole discretion.
Returns that do not meet our requirements may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with returning an item.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Return shipping fees
• Customs duties
• Import charges
• Taxes
• Insurance costs
• Carrier handling fees
• Any other related costs
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non refundable.
Solane Collective does not provide prepaid return labels for change of mind returns.
Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they have been successfully delivered to and accepted by our warehouse.
Solane Collective is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or missing return shipments.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers wishing to purchase a different size, colour, style, or item must place a new order separately.
All costs associated with returning the original item and purchasing or shipping a replacement item are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
Refunds are not automatically granted.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Once received, Solane Collective will assess the returned item to determine whether it complies with this policy.
Solane Collective reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, and any other related charges are non refundable.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, Solane Collective reserves the right to refuse the refund request.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery.
If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact info@solanecollective.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights that customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
